At Culture Kings, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your streetwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and footwear in the original box.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like a store credit or an exchange for a different size, ensuring the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
